앱에서 삭제Delete in the app

1. 핀허그를 열고 카카오, 네이버, Google, Apple 중 가입한 계정으로 로그인합니다.Open PinHug and sign in with the Kakao, Naver, Google, or Apple account you used.
2. MY 탭을 엽니다.Open the MY tab.
3. 계정 삭제를 누릅니다.Tap Delete account.
4. 확인란에 삭제 라고 정확히 입력합니다. 영어 화면에서도 이 한국어 단어를 입력합니다.Type 삭제 exactly. The English screen uses that same Korean word.
5. 계정 삭제를 다시 누르면 서버가 데이터를 지운 뒤 로그인 계정을 지웁니다.Tap Delete account again. The server removes the data, then removes the sign-in account.

지워지는 것What is deleted

• 프로필(닉네임, 화면 언어), 소셜 로그인 연결, 동의 기록Profile (nickname, language), the social sign-in link, and the consent record
• 찜, 본인이 쓴 리뷰, 본인이 만든 초대, 문의Favorites, reviews you wrote, invites you created, and support messages
• 본인이 방장인 방과 그 방의 멤버, 일정Rooms you own, including their members and date plans
• 다른 방의 멤버 자격Your membership in other rooms

다른 사람이 방장인 방과, 그 방에 남아 있는 일정은 지워지지 않습니다. 본인 이름이 일정에서 빠질 수 있습니다. 장소 목록 자체와, 이용자 번호가 없는 약 10분짜리 검색 캐시는 계정 삭제 대상이 아닙니다. 캐시는 시간이 지나면 사라집니다.A room someone else owns, and date plans that remain in it, are not deleted. Your name can drop off a plan. The shared place list, and the roughly 10-minute search cache that has no user id, are not deleted per account. The cache expires on its own.

앱에 들어갈 수 없을 때If you cannot open the app

[email protected]으로 메일을 보내 주세요. 사용한 로그인(카카오, 네이버, Google, Apple)을 적으면, 본인 확인 후 같은 삭제를 진행합니다. 부분 삭제 메뉴는 없고, 요청은 계정 전체 삭제입니다.Email [email protected]. Say which sign-in you used (Kakao, Naver, Google, or Apple). After we can tell the account is yours, we run the same deletion. There is no partial-delete control. The request deletes the whole account.
