1. 위치정보 이용 목적1. Why location is used

이용자가 탐색 또는 검색을 요청할 때, 주변 장소를 찾기 위해 기기 위치를 사용합니다. 위치를 끈 경우에는 이용자가 입력한 동네 이름으로 검색합니다.When you explore or search, the device location is used to find nearby places. If location is off, search uses the neighborhood you type.

2. 수집하는 위치정보2. What is collected

• 요청 시점의 위도, 경도, 반경Latitude, longitude, and radius at the moment of the request
• 저장하지 않는 것: 이동 경로, 주기적인 위치 추적Not stored: your route, or location on a timer

서버는 같은 검색을 반복하지 않으려고 지오해시와 검색 조건만 약 10분 캐시합니다. 이 캐시에는 이용자 번호와 원본 좌표를 넣지 않습니다. 일정에 적힌 장소 좌표는 그 장소의 위치이지, 이용자의 이동 기록이 아닙니다.The server caches only a geohash and the search filters for about 10 minutes. That cache has no user id and no original coordinates. Coordinates on a date-plan stop are the place’s location, not a record of where you went.

3. 제공3. Sharing

장소 목록을 만들기 위해 좌표, 반경, 검색어, 카테고리가 카카오 로컬 API로 전달됩니다. 그 밖의 제3자에게 개인 위치정보를 판매하거나 광고에 쓰지 않습니다.Coordinates, radius, query, and category are sent to the Kakao Local API to build the place list. Personal location is not sold and is not used for ads.

4. 보유와 파기4. Retention

요청 처리에 필요한 범위와 위 캐시 기간을 넘기지 않습니다. 위치 이력 테이블은 없습니다. 계정에 묶인 다른 데이터는 개인정보처리방침에 따라 지웁니다.Location is kept only as long as the request and the cache above need it. There is no location-history table. Other data tied to the account is removed as the Privacy Policy describes.

5. 권리5. Your rights

위치 권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다. 끈 뒤에도 동네 이름 검색은 사용할 수 있습니다. 동의 철회는 계정 삭제 또는 [email protected]으로 요청할 수 있습니다.You can turn location off in the device settings at any time. Neighborhood search still works after that. You can withdraw consent by deleting the account or by writing to [email protected].

6. 아동6. Children

만 14세 미만은 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.People under 14 cannot use the service.
